Honestly I won't come back. Probably you won't miss me but let me say to you what i wrote to booking. no notice of road works yet we had written to each other before the stay. an hour of waiting for the room, the receptionist said that she didn't know how long she wanted, offering me 1 drink! wow!! , then after I threaten to leave, immediately ready a room that did not correspond to what your own staff described. no toilet brush. room made up only once a day. but wasn't it a 5 star hotel? nessun avviso dei lavori in strada eppure ci eravamo scritti prima del soggiorno. un'ora di attesa per la camera, prima dicono che non sanno quando è pronta, poi dopo che minaccio di andarmene, subito pronta una camera che non corrispondeva a quanto descritto da loro stessi. nessuno spazzolone per il water.
